Dreth Ltd is a Scottish consultancy. Our first service, DataClean, helps businesses turn messy spreadsheets into data they can confidently build decisions on — with a clear record of what was changed and why.
the problem
Business data accumulates mess. Customer lists pick up duplicates as staff and systems change. Dates end up in three different formats. Postcodes drift. Imports go wrong and nobody notices until the numbers stop making sense.
the work
DataClean takes a file in the state you have it and returns it in the state you need. Your file is processed only on infrastructure controlled by Dreth Ltd, including local hardware and private VPS environments. It is not uploaded to third-party AI platforms or consumer cloud storage services. It is deleted within 10 days of confirmed receipt, or within 90 days if receipt is not confirmed.
Engagements are scoped and priced per job. Most complete within three to five business days.
the outcome
You receive the cleaned file alongside the original, a plain-language report explaining every change and the evidence behind it, and a diagnostic review identifying where further work upstream would strengthen your data over time. Nothing is changed silently, and anything you disagree with you can verify and reverse.
DataClean opens to clients in June. Until then, we are happy to discuss data problems, scope upcoming engagements, or answer questions from advisors and referral partners.
